Drive the development of strategic asset management planning.
Provide technical advice on electrical systems, public lighting, and more.
Manage operational issues associated with electrical assets.
Plan and implement data collection programs for assets.
Collaborate on telecommunications infrastructure management.
Develop procedures for implementing "smart technologies".
Foster strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Contribute to the evolution of electrical and communication systems.
Support asset data management and reporting.
Participate in safety initiatives and workplace culture development.

Key Requirements:

Mandatory:
Engineering degree with substantial experience.

Operational experience in building services or outdoor services.
Strong knowledge of relevant legislation and standards.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to analyze customer needs and deliver successful outcomes.
Technical problem-solving skills in a multidisciplinary environment.
Current "C" Class Driver's Licence

Desirable:
Knowledge of public lighting design and management.
Experience with Lighting design software and CMS.
Proficiency in Auto CAD or Power CAD.
Familiarity with DNSP / Energex functions and processes.
Previous experience in a similar large organization.
Experience in establishing electrical asset management policies.
RPEQ registration or working towards it.
