    Expert Baker Wanted

    A talented baker is required to create high-quality products for our customers every day.

    • Possess an Australian (AQF issued) Trade/Proficiency Certificate III in Retail Baking (Breadmaking) or equivalent qualification, and have completed a formal apprenticeship within Australia,

    Key attributes include maintaining a clean workspace while adhering to food handling best practices, having a curiosity-driven approach towards professional development,
    a willingness to support team growth and lead others effectively,
    demonstrated drive and pride in your craft with consistently delivered high-quality baked goods daily.
    The individual should also be self-motivated enough not only meet expectations but go above them throughout each shift period. As well as these qualities the right candidate will ensure their daily tasks are fulfilled with accuracy & efficiency leading their team members by example with professionalism demonstrating excellent leadership skills through following company policies set forth ensuring productive working environment at all times.
