    THE ROLE

    Specialising in Sales roles, you will manage end-to-end recruitment processes across a broad and varied client base. You will build and maintain strong client relationships and proactively identify and engage top-tier talent, collaborating seamlessly with other teams and consultants to ensure a smooth recruitment experience.

    • Manage contract and permanent roles within the Sales sector.
    • Building and maintaining effective relationships with candidates and clients.
    • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including screening, sourcing, interviewing, reference checking, offer management, and post-placement care.
    • New business development and nurturing a pipeline of potential leads.
    • Booking and attending client meetings to take job specs.
    • Utilising our online headhunting tools, including LinkedIn Recruiter.
    • Negotiate contract terms and conditions with candidates and clients.
    • Stay up-to-date with market trends in the Sales industry.
    • Collaborate with other recruiters to ensure a seamless recruitment experience for clients and candidates.

    • A proven track record as a 360 Sales Recruitment Consultant.
    • A drive for success and superb client delivery.
    • Experience sourcing high-calibre candidates, preferably within Sales.
    • Excellent time management and organisation skills.
    • A proactive approach to targets and deadlines.
    • A positive attitude and the hunger to succeed.
    • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
