What we're looking for

Alliance Airlines Operations Control Centre (OCC) is actively seeking a forward- thinking and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Crew Controller. The Role

As a Crew Controller you will be responsible for ensuring all published Flight and Cabin Crew rosters are maintained to Enterprise Agreement, Regulatory Rules, and Fatigue Risk Management Standards.

The Crew Controller requires a proactive approach when managing disruption events to ensure crew resources are allocated efficiently, cost effectively and within Enterprise Agreement guidelines.

Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

• Schedule and assign crews based on operational requirements and regulatory guidelines.
• Monitor and update crew schedules in real-time, addressing any disruptions or changes promptly.
• Ensure compliance with aviation regulations and company policies related to crew duty time limitations and rest requirements.
• Crafting and managing Crew Pairings within our Crew Management System
• Ensuring compliance with Crew Enterprise Agreements & organisational policies.
• Actively participating in solving complex operational problems and delivering outcomes as directed by Duty Manager, Manager OCC, and GM Network Ops etc

About You

• Relevant exposure/experience within an Operations Control Centre environment highly regarded.
• Must be extremely capable with PC/Software packages
• A clear, articulate communicator both written and verbal
• Out of the Box Thinker with strong problem-solving abilities
• Organised and thrives in fast paced, ever-changing environments.
• Ability to excel under pressure during network disruptions
• Clear and Articulate communication skills both written and verbal.
• Educated to Degree level in Aviation Management or Aviation related discipline (Desirable, not essential)
