Job summary
We are seeking a Lead Case Worker to coordinate and deliver high-quality, culturally safe mentoring and reintegration support.- Provide culturally responsive, trauma-informed mentoring to First Nations participants pre-release (up to 6 months), on the day of release, and post-release (up to 12 months).
