    Our client is in search of a personable and driven Team Assistant to join their team. As a Team Assistant, you will provide crucial administrative support to six senior leaders and their teams across the Sydney and Melbourne offices. Beyond administrative duties, you will foster relationships with the team, to ensure the team can operate at peak performance and cohesion.

    The Role
    This role provides administrative support to the Co-Heads of Corporate Advisory, the Head of Capital Markets, and other stakeholders across the Sydney and Melbourne office.

    • Manage diary appointments and assist in planning internal and external meetings and events.
    • Manage folders and filing systems, ensuring organisation and accessibility.
    • Prepare email correspondence and manage business subscriptions.
    • Print and prepare documents for meetings.
    • Coordinate meeting room bookings and catering arrangements.
    • Utilise online travel booking portals to coordinate travel arrangements as needed.
    • Reconcile monthly expenses for the team.

    About You:
    We are seeking a proactive, enthusiastic, and task-focused administrator with:

    • 2+ years of administration experience.
    • Previous experience in financial or professional services.
    • Experience with diary management is highly desirable.
    • Excellent communication skills and the ability to engage with various stakeholders.
    • Ability to effectively manage a changing workload and deliver on deadlines, demonstrating adaptability and resilience in a fast-paced environment.
