We are looking for an experienced Saa S infrastructure Manager who is outcomedriven and can lead a team of highly experienced and passionate engineers using AWS cloud services, solving difficult problems and managing security, infrastructure and incidents efficiently.

The role is also responsible for managing our corporate IT infrastructure and corporate systems.

As the Saa S Infrastructure Manager you are responsible for designing, implementing, and managing the infrastructure for our Saa S platform hostedon Amazon Web Services (AWS).

This role is a hands-on position requiringexcellent leadership skills, a strong understanding of AWS multitenantenvironments and a passion for process improvement.

As the Corporate Infrastructure Manager you are responsible for managing thecorporate infrastructure including desktop assets, bizops systems and cybersecurity controls ( in collaboration with the Chief Information Security Officer)

The role involves collaborating with development teams, finance and client facing support teams ensuring high availability, scalability, and security of our platform, and optimising infrastructure costsSaa S Infrastructure ManagementDesign and Planning:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to planand design the AWS infrastructure that supports the team

Implementation:
Execute the deployment of infrastructure components,ensuring scalability, security, and high availability

Monitoring and Optimisation:
Continuously monitor the infrastructure,identify bottlenecks, and optimise resource utilization

Troubleshooting:
Address any issues related to infrastructure performance, reliability, or security

AWS Relationship Management:
Primary point of contact for bi-lateralrelationship management.
Develop deep connections within AWS


Cost Optimisation:
In collaboration with Finance manage AWS costs within related budgets.
Corporate Infrastructure ManagementManage and maintain our corporate IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, and endpoints.
Co-develop and implement IT policies, procedures, and standards to ensure the security and efficiency of our corporate systems.
Implement and manage backup and disaster recovery solutions to safeguard critical data and minimize the impact of system failures


Cost Optimisation:
In collaboration with Finance manage corporate infrastructure costs within related budgets.
Team Leadership And MentoringLead a team of infrastructure engineers, providing guidance, mentorship, and technical expertise.
Foster a collaborative and innovative team culture.
Conduct regular one-on-one meetingsSecurity And Compliance

Access Control:
Implement IAM policies, security groups, and network ACLs to control access

Encryption:
Ensure data encryption in transit and at rest using SSL/TLS and encryption mechanisms

Compliance:
Adhere to industry standards and compliance requirements (e.g., ISO27001, GDPR).

Automation And Dev OpsInfrastructure as Code (Ia C):
Leverage tools like Cloud Formation, Docker, Lambda to automate infrastructure provisioning.
Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD): Set up pipelines for deploying Saa S updates seamlessly

Collaboration And CommunicationCross-Functional Teams:
Work closely with development, finance and security teams to align infrastructure requirements

Vendor Management:

Collaborate with external vendors and AWS for specialised tasksClient Tech Due Diligence assessmenrts – Engage in client infrastructure and security due-diligence assessments provid.

Experience & Education10 years' experience managing technology infrastructure teams.

Possess in-depth knowledge of various AWS services such as EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, and VPC.Hands-On configure and manage AWS resources skills, including virtual machines, storage, databases, and networking components.

Experience with software delivery platforms and application monitoring tools (Build Kite, Octopus Deploy, Sumologic or similar)Experience with infrastructure as code – Cloud Formation, serverless.

An equally strong ability to learn new technologies and share your learnings with others.
Passionate about Dev Ops and site reliability engineering (SRE) and willingness to grow in these domains.

Familiarity with high volume transactional systems, microservice design, or data processing pipelines (lambda, kinesis, spark, or similar)Experience with continuous delivery, automated deployments, and related engineering practices.

It is desirable to have backend software engineering experience.
