Calling all Experienced Educators

We are looking for Educators (Children's Services Employee's) to join our growing team at St Stephens Outside School Hours Care on a casual basis. We are looking for some educators who are looking for a career in Early Childhood, who are enthusiastic, energetic and committed to supporting children to grow and develop within a fun, happy and safe environment.

We are looking Educators who can work Monday to Thursday after school shifts.
We have casual as well as part-time hours available.

Our service is like no other We are situated in Algester, our beautiful service is licensed for 120 children. We pride ourselves in creating rich learning environments, in a calm, loving and nurturing setting. Our team is collaborative, inclusive and kind.

A day in the life of an OSHC Educator...

• Providing nurturing care for children
• Ensuring a safe, secure and welcoming environment
• Create fun recreational and educational experiences that are inclusive for all
• Maintain positive working relationships with all team members
• Work collaboratively within an established team to ensure the best outcomes for children and families.

Job Requirements:

• Hold a current Queensland Blue Card (Working with Children Check)
• Current First Aid, Anaphylaxis and Asthma Certificates or willingness to obtain
• A passion for the education and care of school aged children in a play-based environment
• Confidence in building strong relationships with children and families
• A supportive and enthusiastic disposition
• Strong verbal and written communication skills

Desirable:

• Qualifications relating to the industry. Would you be interested in obtaining a certificate III or Diploma in Children Services? We can help
• 2 years experience in the OSHC or Early Education industries
