- Develop and deliver day-to-day operations of communication and media functions

- Strong strategic thinking abilities to support the department's overarching goals and contribute to long-term planning strategies.
- Exceptional communication skills, including proficient writing, editing, and presentation skills, to effectively convey messages across various mediums.
- Proven experience in developing, implementing, and evaluating communication campaigns with a focus on readability, accuracy, and compliance with guidelines.
- The ability to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team, contributing diverse communication and media services and engaging in research and content creation.
- Demonstrated capability to provide high-level communication advice to senior management and business areas, showing an understanding of organisational objectives and priorities.
- Flexibility and adaptability to undertake ad-hoc projects as required, showcasing initiative and resourcefulness in promoting departmental initiatives.
