About the role
Due to their continued expansion, they have a newly created opportunity for an experienced Contracts Administrator / Project Manager to join their Sydney based team.
Reporting to the Construction Manager you will play a crucial role in managing all contracts, sub contractor procurement, client variations/updates and progress reports for the on site teams across NSW. Working closely with the on site Project Manager you will be working on a range of projects, covering both major and minor loss work.
Key Responsibilities for the role
Skills & Experience
To be considered for this highly sought after opportunity you will need a minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar role. Additionally, strata experience is beneficial. As a talented Contracts Administrator you will be able to demonstrate your skills dealing with both clients and internal stakeholders, a strong commercial acumen and a thorough understanding of the building industry. You will possess a positive, problem solving attitude, exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail.
