    About the Role

    We are seeking a passionate and motivated team member to join our dynamic team as Counter Salesperson based in Warana Queensland.

    If you are a fast learner and enjoy meeting people with customer satisfaction being the primary goal, then this role will provide you with immense opportunity for a rewarding career.

    Role Responsibilities:

    • Direct customer liaison and provide exceptional customer service to all clients
    • Process orders entries and complete all dispatch documentation
    • Control of orders in line with customer requirements
    • Work closely with warehouse personnel to ensure accurate and timely orders and deliveries.

    To be successful in this role, you must:

    • Possess strong work ethic, professional, and a self-starter
    • Some experience in a fast forward-facing customer service role
    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to make positive contribution within the team
    • Good planning, organisation, and time management skills
    • Basic numerical skill and good attention to detail and accuracy
