    Your Role:

    To ensure the three underwriting service teams deliver their respective underwriting and service objectives in a consistent and effective manner and in doing so enhance Chubb's relationship and reputation with brokers.

    Your Responsibilities:


    • Establishing plans and strategies for developing effective broker service and support

    • Implement broker feedback processes including NPS monitoring

    • Implement the underwriting strategies for the respective lines of business

    • Prepare and update monthly reporting against key business metrics

    • Monitoring individual and team performance against key metrics

    • Resource management including effective recruitment and retention strategies

    • Build and maintain effective stakeholder management and communication with key functions . distribution

    • Responsible for budget management including head count control


    • 10 years' experience in managing an underwriting service team

    • People Management – Experience in leading and managing groups of people

    • Customer Service – Ability to understand the principles of excellent customer service plus the ability to deliver agreed service levels and monitor service metrics

    • Process Improvement – Experience in developing and adapting processes to support the required levels of service

    • Data management – Ability to understand and manage data relating to service metrics, resource planning and monthly results monitoring

    • Product knowledge – Broad understanding of P & C products
