    Anton Murray Consulting is a leading recruitment agency in Brisbane, Australia. We are seeking an experienced Graduate Commodity Trader to join our team.

    As a Graduate Commodity Trader, you will assist with the marketing, logistics, reporting, and analysis of physical copper metals and concentrate trading from Australian operations. You will work closely with the rest of the team in Brisbane and internationally.

    Duties & Responsibilities:

    • Analysis & Reporting for contracts with suppliers/customers.
    • Managing logistics and service provider contracts pertaining to transport to and from the port.
    • Invoicing finance
    • Hedging
    • Documentation
    • Insurance

    Ideal Background, Qualification, and Experience:

    • Bachelor's degree in a technical field such as Engineering, Science, Metallurgy, Mining, or Logistics.
    • Equivalent professional work experience is also acceptable.
    • 2+ years' professional experience in similar roles in the resources sector preferred – recent graduates are encouraged to apply.
    • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
    • Strong leadership and relationship-building skills including internal and external stakeholders.
    • Strong business, facilitation, analytical capabilities.
    • Sound commercial and financial acumen.

    We estimate that this role will attract a salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 per annum depending on the candidate's experience and qualifications. Please note that this is a base salary estimate and may vary based on individual circumstances.
