- Proven track record in sales and business development, particularly in the construction/architecture industries.
- Ability to identify and pursue project opportunities, defend product specifications, and convert non-Danpal specifications.
- Technical expertise in building solutions, particularly with a thorough understanding of the Australian building industry, construction processes, and relevant regulations and standards is a must have.
- Experience in managing CRM data and capturing strategic projects.
- Adaptability and resilience to navigate a dynamic and competitive market environment.
- Have thorough understanding of the National Construction Code and AS/NZS Standards, technically astute with system-based building solution experience.
- Have a good understanding of the supply chain from specification to fulfilment.
- Possesses an understanding of fire acoustic and energy efficiency with the ability to offer solution selling within the building envelope.

About the Role:
As the Specification Sales Manager, you will engage with new and existing clients in the NSW and ACT region, offering them guidance across design and installation solutions.
You will have a proven track record in business development and sales within the construction/architectural industry and the ability to solution sell to a variety of architects, consultants, builders and other stakeholders.
This is a permanent full-time role that involves approximately 60% architectural selling (including CPD and formal presentation requirements) and 40% consultative sales around Design and Construction.
