The Opportunity:

Reporting into the Production manager, you will be required to assist with the upkeep and fabrication of Humes assets, which includes the following duties:

• Repair and fabricate plant & equipment such as fabricating precast moulds
• Mould setup for production of Precast products
• Ensuring that moulds (Hume's assets) are repaired and maintained in accordance with the drawings presented by the Production team.
• Observe Critical Quality standards and drive the effective repair and maintenance of plant & equipment to ensure reliability of production and care of assets

About You:

• Trade Qualification in Welding
• Demonstrated knowledge and experience in automated mechanical systems and handling equipment including hydraulic and pneumatic control
• Previous experience in the construction industry would be highly regarded
• A proactive approach to safety, hazards and Risk Management
• Ability to work in a close team environment
