    We are now seeking an Executive Director, People who will play a critical part in achieving our strategic goals through leading and developing the culture and systems to support our staff - and through them, our students - to reach their full potential.

    Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer at UTS College, the Executive Director, People is a key member of the Executive Team.

    This role will lead on developing and implementing strategic people and capability initiatives and shares responsibility for fostering and evolving our purpose-driven, high-performing culture.

    With a broad generalist human resources and organisational change background, the successful candidate will bring demonstrable strategic people experience along with the ability to drive a culture of high performance, service focus, collaboration, and trust.

    You will also be adept at working in complex regulatory environments, with a sound knowledge of Australian employment-related legislation and regulations, and ideally a high-level understanding of employment law in China and South-East Asia.

    This role will provide vision, leadership and direction across human resources services including people strategy, workforce planning and resourcing, learning, development and performance, recognition and reward, employee relations and diversity and inclusion.
