    We are searching for a Revenue Growth Management (RGM) Senior Analyst to join our team in Sydney, reporting to our Head of RGM. This is a permanent role and is available on a hybrid basis, which means you'll have the flexibility to work from home and our York Street Office.

    In this role you will support the development and delivery of a sustainable Revenue Growth Management (RGM) & Pricing strategy for our Craft portfolio which optimises revenue and return for our business and customers. You will work closely with our Sales, Marketing and Finance teams, having the opportunity to make a tangible and valuable impact on the business.

    A day in the life

    • Create a long-term pricing and pack architecture across the Craft portfolio, identifying marketplace drivers that impact price realisation with data driven insights and recommendations.

    • Incorporation of brand vision, current market dynamics and competitor activity into a robust and consistent pricing strategy

    • Developing insight-led promotional strategies and identify trade spend optimisation opportunities.

    • Support the New Product Development (NPD) pricing strategy through data driven insights.

    • Help develop our category strategy, articulating clear growth drivers to inform three-year plans.

    • Undertake analysis to create compelling category development focussed RGM reviews & recommendations that meet the need of brand, consumer, shopper & retailer.

    • Create and deliver insights that link internal initiatives to external category growth opportunities.

    What you'll bring

    • Demonstrated experience working in RGM within an FMCG organisation would set you up for success within this role.

    • Previous experience across Category Execution, Category Development or Trade Marketing would be beneficial.

    • Ability to build strong and constructive relationships across stakeholders is essential in this role coupled with the ability to work effectively through complexity.

    • Ability to work through high levels of ambiguity and complexity with an action orientated mindset.

    • Analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into actionable insights.
