    Restructuring client in our international client– Senior Associate level role - Joiningthree top ranked Partnersyou will undertake a range of work that supports and advisescorporate debtors , their creditors and special situations investors in responding to distressed situations,including debt restructurings , formal insolvencies, corporate turnarounds, distressed investments, security enforcement, special situations lending and debt trading.

    Mid Tier client– Looking for Associate to junior Senior Associate level lawyer to work acrossgeneral litigation and insolvency matters– you will have the chance to assist a broad range of clients, including those in the Automotive and Franchising industries, with commercial agreements, property and leasing disputes, Corporations Law applications, Restrictive Trade Practices, injunctions and Administrations, Receiverships and Liquidations.

    Mid Tier client– Looking for both an Associate and junior Senior Associate to work across a range ofinsolvency and restructuring matterswith enormous growth and development opportunities working with a broad client list.

    Boutique client– Rapidly growing boutique practice is looking for aninsolvency and litigation Lawyer- The core area here is insolvency and someone with experience working with liquidators, trustees and has done proper insolvency work beyond just issuing statutory demand and wind-up applications.
