    The Change Enablement team lead the design, development and implementation of end-to-end engagement, change and activation activities within squads, to support the employee experience and successful delivery of simpler, better people initiatives, including signature HR processes, HR's digital transformation program; ongoing process optimisation; and operating model embedding.

    Do work that matters:

    The Senior Manager develops the project change plan and has day-to-day operational responsibility for the design, development and management of implementing change interventions including support material, training for impacted teams /employees and leaders and other delivery components of the project as required to ensure business readiness, successful project delivery and business adoption of HRs people experience and HR technology solution initiatives.

    The Senior Change Manager has the peer relationship with key stakeholders and other squad/project members and will be hands on in the end-to-end work to inform the desired people experience and build a thorough understanding of the solution, any integrations, including across the organisations various entities and geographies, and will plan and iterate appropriate change requirements and provide tactical support for a simple and easy end-user experience.

    Part of the role encompasses supporting the leader in developing the Change Enablement team members, including onboarding, skill building, and coaching.

    We're interested in hearing from people who have:

    • Significant change management experience leading change projects within a HR function, or on projects with a focus on organisational/behavioural change
    • Sound understanding of change project methodologies ie Prosci
    • Demonstrable track record of designing, managing and delivering to a change/project plan
    • UX / end2end solution /process design experience desirable
    • Strong stakeholder management, including consulting skills and the ability to build trusting relationships, influence and communicate effectively, including with senior leaders
    • Strong business analysis skills, with experience in delivering process improvements across functions
    • Strong written skills including the ability to build change governance/ senior leader packs, create change support material, end user documentation, and visual project status reports
    • Strong verbal and presentation skills to deliver and facilitate training/workshops and other presentations
    • Ability to work positively and thrive in an ambiguous and fast-paced environment, being comfortable with moving timelines, project scope and switching between projects and tasks
    • Tertiary qualification in Human Resources, Change Management, Process Improvement, Business or related discipline or equivalent experience required
