    Exciting Opportunity for an Experienced Office/Practice Manager to join our clients expanding firm. The right candidate will be a motivated individual who is keen to work with a close-knit team. The Practice Manager will assist with the growth of the firm as well as continuing to focus on a great company culture

    Responsibilities Details:

    • To manage and organize office administration duties and office systems and procedures
    • Supporting a team of accountants and partners
    • Assisting the Executive Assistant to Partners on matters where necessary
    • Organizing client meetings
    • Dealing with partner Matters
    • Assisting with incoming calls and emails to the practice
    • Payroll
    • Banking
    • Partnership accounts
    • Social Functions
    • Staff Recruitment/Exiting
    • Organizing of staff training
    • Drafting and applying firm policies and procedures
    • Build and maintain strong and effective work relationships
    • Management of HR Functions

    Criteria:

    2+ years experience preferably in an accounting or financial services environment.
    Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
    Proficient in using accounting software and MS Office suite
    Strong analytical and problem solving skills
    Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
    Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
