22nd March, 2024 Take the next step in your Team Kids career Team Kids has a full-time, permanent Director of Service- Mentor role in our Northern Suburbs.
The role This role permanent full-time.You will mentor and develop a number of Directors of Services across VIC, in addition to being the Director of Service for your own School.
You will be set up for success with incredible support from your Regional Manager.Be a positive Team Kids role model and ambassador to all employees, ensuring a sense of belonging and community for all Team Kids.
As a mentor, oversee training and onboarding of new Team Kids Directors ensuring familiarity with role, responsibilities and Team Kids values, being a positive role model and always ensuring you have a solution focuses mindset.
Conduct weekly site visits at designated services and complete reports for service and Operations management review.Assist Directors to identify potential safety and compliance risks and provide appropriate support and resources to address and action where required.

Excellent written and verbal communication Confident interpersonal skills, no matter if you're talking with a preppie, their parent, one of your team or the school principal Strong problem-solving skills and can-do attitude At least 12 months + experience of managing a Before and After School Care program You're a natural leader with an eye for detail Have a genuine interest in creating enriching experiences for primary-aged children You're energetic, enthusiastic and love to have FUNWe can't wait to hear from you.
