    What you'll do

    As our Replenishment Support Specialist, you will be required to provide support to Store Operations Teams, the timely planning and effective use of replenishment systems to support seasonal trends and events and utilising the replenishment functionality to ensure maximum availability at the lowest inventory cost is achieved.

    • Conduct root cause analysis to determine the cause of failures within the replenishment process
    • Review, evaluate and control requests from replenishment and external teams to adjust order parameters
    • Evaluate store issues and queries relating to replenishment
    • Ability to influence all areas of the business

    What you'll bring

    • Write, speak and present clearly and succinctly across a variety of communication settings by translating and articulating technical concepts to non-technical groups
    • Ability to perform data transformation and manipulation on large sets of data or information
    • Strong stakeholder management and relationship building skills
    • Must have a sound knowledge and working understanding of the replenishment systems
