We're a fast-growing financial services business based right in the heart of Southport — steps from the tram and a short stroll to the Broadwater and we're looking for a motivated Appointment Setter to join our energetic, high-performing team.

• $50,000 base salary + superannuation (paid on top)

• Uncapped commission structure — your effort directly drives your income

• On-Target Earnings of $121,000+

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

You'll be working a warm lead pipeline — no cold calling — speaking with and pre-qualifying prospects and booking high-quality appointments for our specialist consultants across property investment, superannuation, and/or mortgage brokerage.

• Daily leads provided — you hit the ground running every single day

• 100% phone-based, office-based role (no hybrid, no WFH — this is a team environment and we love it)

• Convert warm conversations into booked appointments

• Hit daily and weekly KPIs and watch your commission stack up
