Job Description:

The role involves acting as a subject matter expert for fixed voice core including fixed voice access, prime service and platform performance optimisation, and coordinate production network cutover procedures.
As an owner of Fixed Voice Design and Delivery, you will exercise sound judgement, manage day to day functions autonomously, and seek support from leadership only for escalated issues
You will reduce downtime/outages on production elements by ensuring best practices are in use.
Manage the workload amongst other Service Design and Delivery team members and provide technical leadership prioritization support to them.
