- Undertake scheduling of work, staff, and equipment to ensure production targets are met.
- Ensure all field work is of high quality consistent with relevant OH & S policies and procedures.
- Coordinate and assist in the training of all staff and sub-contractors.
- Liaise with the client and its customers to appropriately manage the client's network and plant.
- Liaise with and make all arrangements with Public Authorities for provision of services to the network and working in public areas.
- Arrange reports to management and the customer on the status of work.

The key objective of this position is to manage a large portfolio of NBN ODM Construction projects, perform site assessments, lead a team of sub-contractors, and proactively manage construction orders to ensure delivery to key dates.
About the Role
The Field Supervisor will be responsible for supporting the Senior Field Specialist in the day-to-day operations activities and contractor management functions within the NBNODM contract.
