The Role

Law Staff is partnering with one of New Zealand's leading law firms who is seeking an Employment Lawyer with a background in health and safety. This opportunity may be timely for New Zealanders looking to return home or may suit Australian qualified lawyers looking to relocate.

As an Employment Lawyer with a focus on health and safety, you will work alongside industry-leading Partners in a tight-knit team. This role involves providing legal advice and guidance on a wide range of employment and health and safety matters servicing a diverse client base including government agencies, international brands and employers.

Responsibilities include but is not limited to:

• disciplinary and performance matters
• restructuring
• redundancy processes
• personal grievances
• relationship issues
• workplace investigations
