We're seeking a passionate and skilled Application/Technical Support Engineer to join our client's highly collaborative, supportive & multi-talented UX APJ Tech Support team. You will tackle challenging platform & customer issues, champion customer success, and contribute to shaping the Cloud landscape

Job Title: Technical Support Engineer (UX)

What you'll be bringing to the table:-

• Use your creative problem solving skills to troubleshoot & resolve complex technical problems
• Advocate for users, providing expert guidance & solutions.
• Own & resolve challenging UX platform issues.
• Collaborate seamlessly with customers & internal teams (admins, developers etc.)
• Manage your time wisely & juggle priorities like a boss
• Put to good use your knowledge in Incident, problem, change management, knowledgebase & defects
• Report design, reliability, and maintenance issues to engineering.
• Continuously learn our product suite as it continues to grow so you can best understand & support how customers use the platform

Technical Skills:

• Up to 3+ years providing customer facing technical support (Web based products or e-commerce preferred)
• Good experience w/ dynamic HTML components (AJAX, JavaScript, CSS, XML, HTML, XHTML)
• Experience with JavaScript, AngularJS or Jelly is a plus
• Experienced in analysing log files and standard debugging concept.

Nice to Haves:

• Bonus points for Backend knowledge (Java or similar languages) and DB skills (MySQL, Oracle)
• Working knowledge web application components
• Familiarity with Linux, UNIX or other OS
