- Up to 3+ years providing customer facing technical support (Web based products or e-commerce preferred)
- Good experience w/ dynamic HTML components (AJAX, JavaScript, CSS, XML, HTML, XHTML)
- Experience with JavaScript, AngularJS or Jelly is a plus
- Experienced in analysing log files and standard debugging concept.
- Bonus points for Backend knowledge (Java or similar languages) and DB skills (MySQL, Oracle)
- Working knowledge web application components
- Familiarity with Linux, UNIX or other OS
