About the Role

• Deliver advanced clinical and consultancy services to the QVAD Support Services consumers and stakeholders in accordance with accepted professional practices, legal and ethical requirements with a high degree of independence.
• Provide specialised/advanced clinical advice and direction to a QVAD Support Services team to ensure effective service delivery and quality outcomes applying change management, conflict resolution and negotiation skills where necessary.
• Demonstrate clinical leadership and expertise obtained through significant professional development activities, post graduate education or formal qualifications, and actively pursue development and learning opportunities, including contributing to training of QVAD staff and other health professionals.
• Lead innovative quality/service improvement activities and contribute to research of significant scope and clinical importance to QVAD, seeking outcomes that influence standards of clinical practice and the delivery of services to meet local needs and influence broader organisational goals including publishing/presenting relevant work broadly.
