Solid staff retention, 50%over 4y tenureThe unreal candidate will work on simulation training in unreal- high fidelity tech training in industrial settings- taking apart a truck, aklll w hands in a VR headset.

• Blueprints, C++ for unreal ONLY MUST HAVS ARE UNITY OR UNREAL, and even that doesan't NEED to be commercial experience.

If they are senior, they will get senuiority, the company is also scaling up so rapid career growth is possible and that comes with all the attached pay rises.
