    Incident Manager

    We are seeking an experienced Incident Manager to lead incident management processes across our business.

    You will support a high-profile business application using cutting-edge technology during Industry-Wide Testing and develop incident processes.

    • Take full ownership of incident management processes
    • Support a high-profile business application
    • Develop and champion incident processes

    This is a great opportunity to utilize your ITSM/Project Management and operational knowledge, as well as technical skills, to assist in the delivery of the Program.

    Responsibilities

    Report and manage all incident management processes across the PGM

    Collaborate and coordinate with all support, project, and environment teams

    Work closely with associated support teams for the resolution of incidents

    Engage with Product Owners/release managers & delivery team around prioritization of Incidents

    Requirements

    • In-depth knowledge of incident/problem management and governance frameworks
    • Knowledge of ITIL, Cobit, or other IT Operations Frameworks
    • Minimum 7 years experience in enterprise operations and technology environments
    • Project management experience
    • Strong organizational skills & abilities
    • Strong relationship management, influencing, and leadership skills

    The estimated salary for this position is $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
