Our client, a well-known family-owned company in WA, with over 60 years in the industry are looking for a Showroom Coordinator to join their team. This is a Full Time permanent position Tuesday to Saturdays, to start immediately. If you're a customer-focused professional seeking an opportunity to promote high quality products, working with customers seeking their dream living space, this role is an excellent opportunity for you Graduates with a background in interior design looking for industry experience are strongly encouraged to apply.

• Welcome customers into the showroom, providing great customer experience
• Maintain a high level of product knowledge, staying updated on new releases
• Offer product and style advice to customers, assisting them with selections
• Make bookings for customer viewings
• Maintain display ,showroom presentation
• Respond promptly to telephone, email, and website inquiries

Qualifications:

• Demonstrated experience in sales, showroom or interior design
• A degree in interior design or related field will be highly regarded
• Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to build rapport
• Collaborative mindset, with honest communication
• Independent and flexible time management skills
• Drivers license and car
