This community pharmacy enjoys a strong customer base by focusing on building those relationships whilst providing holistic health solutions to the local community.

Job Specification:

This role is an opportunity for partnership so enthusiasm and passion for growing the buisness is essential. As an experienced pharmacist, with previous success in managing a small team, you will be expected to successfully mentor and lead a small team of dispense technicians, pharmacy assistants and 2 other pharmacists. This pharmacy is well established and has a strong customer base, so your priority will be to grow the buisness alongside your main duties of forward dispensing scripts; assisting with the daily running of the dispensary and promoting health related services.

Skills Required:

• Current registration as a pharmacist with AHPRA.
• Excellent communication skills
• Proven success at managing a team.
