About the role ARRCS are actively sourcing an experienced Relief Residential Aged Care Manager support the clinician operations of our 11 Aged Care facilities across the Northern Territory. This unique and exciting role will see you reporting directly to our General Manager, and you will be placed across our facilities to provide relief support to our resident managers and also provide clinical management support to our facilities. This role will see you responsible in ensuring the provision of high-quality services to our aged care residents by effectively leading, motivating and developing our teams and ensuring ARRCS delivers individualised care while enhancing residents' quality of life, and achieving the strategic direction of the organisation within designated clinical and business frameworks.
