    Job Overview:


    The Director, Catalogue role involves leading the development and execution of innovative Artist campaigns to drive growth in Sony Music's catalogue.



    • Develop strategic plans for marketing and commercial exploitation of the label's repertoire across streaming platforms.

    • Oversight of strategy, marketing, commercial activities to ensure long-term performance and enhance catalogues visibility internationally including Asia North America Europe Middle East Africa etc.

      • The successful candidate will require strong strategic thinking skills along with knowledge on data-driven insights compelling storytelling reissues anniversary campaigns balancing creative archival priorities.

    The key responsibilities include:

    1. Drive innovation in digital skill sets within teams ensuring consistent application across all activations partnerships paid media also set up structure robust strategies supporting younger repertoires 6-42mths
