- Responsible for leading and managing the provision of professional services across a range of disciplines
- Develop, promote, lead and evaluate the delivery of professional services provided by RAR Therapy

- Provide comprehensive assessments, reporting and ongoing therapy to a wide range of clients, ensuring they are receiving the highest possible level of individualised service
- Home, school, day-care and community-based evaluations and recommendations and Allied Health Assistant program development, as well as coordinating group therapy programs as appropriate.
- Formal qualifications in Occupational Therapy (with a preference for additional qualifications and/or experience in management/business)
- Experience working with Paediatric or Adult clients
- Passionate about delivering a high level of support to all your clients
- High level consultation and coaching skills and relationship management skills
- High level analytical and problem-solving skills with a solution focus.
