- Monitor and action the tenders inbox and estimation portals
- Assist in keeping the Estimation team working to the weekly sales schedule and report if otherwise so comms can be controlled to client
- Be a customer service point of contact for live project tenders maintaining relationships
- Receive tender documentation and review documentation
- Be the conduit between the Sales Team and Estimators ensuring a smooth process for clients
- Coordinate meetings with management and relevant team members
- Manage and coordinate timely submissions of Tenders, Expressions of Interest and Capability Statements
- Review all submissions and ensure all elements of the tender are captured
- Review proposal documents including editing, grammar and spelling and formatting prior to submission
- Assisting management with administration duties and tasks
- Ad-hoc duties for the team
- Coordinate Marketing with the Marketing Manager for the business including digital, print & promotional
- Coordinate calendar for networking, industry and client events
- Coordinate internal company events and run the social calendar
- Run the company intranet
- Technically proficient with the Microsoft Office Suite
- Previous bid or administration experience within construction or engineering is desirable
- Excellent written and communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills
