    We are seeking an Application Support Analyst to join our vibrant office with hybrid working.

    This role is within the IT Development and Delivery team; a centralised technical team that specialises in the management and maintenance of the core platforms used to deliver pension administration services to Schemes administered within XPS.

    The successful candidate will be responsible for:

    • Providing a helpful and approachable, second/third line support service for internal staff experiencing software challenges
    • Supporting and producing Management Information / Business Intelligence data sets and reports
    • Undertaking bulk data loading activity into various systems
    • Protecting the data of our customers by understanding and adhering to GDPR requirements at all times
    • Identifying and supporting/driving the implementation of improvements to existing processes to facilitate the Continual Service Improvement of the work undertaken by the role and within the wider team
    • Providing an expert email driven Helpdesk service to our internal and external customers, who may be experiencing challenges accessing online portals provided by XPS
    • Liaising with third party support vendors and internal IT teams as part of any support resolution process

    You will have experience in manipulating and transforming data, using Microsoft Office 365, MS SQL server, and understanding of data protection and compliance principles.
