The Role:
Danpal is seeking a self-driven all-rounder to join their growing team and provide exceptional customer service and accurate quotations to new and existing clients.
You will be part of a team that is collaborative, supportive, and rewarding while working in a fast-paced environment.

Full time office-based role.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Provide quotations accurately and in a timely manner.
• Identify builders and contractors tendering for work and maintain a comprehensive list of contacts (Builders, Contractors) within Salesforce (Company CRM).
• Selling - developing relationships and maintaining regular contact with current and past clients to help secure repeat and referral business.
• Provide internal sales/ technical support and liaise with customers within the office environment.
• Expand technical knowledge through in-house and external training courses, industry contacts, and company and competitor product development.
• Provision of reports.
• Maintain regular contact with the sales office, Sales Manager, General Manager and State Managers.
• Actively log all internal and external communications (Email, person and phone calls) within Salesforce to collate project information.

About You:

• Must have 1+ years' experience in or alongside estimating and quoting within the architectural, commercial, Industrial, Institutional, Civil or Residential markets.
• Be a confident communicator and enjoy helping others through exceptional customer service and sales.
• Having had some exposure to AutoCAD would be useful, but not a must, as training will be provided.
• English language skills, both verbal and written will need to be of a very high standard, as the margin for error could be very costly.
• Initiative and the ability to problem solve.
• The ability to work both autonomously and within a tight knit team.
• Proficient in Microsoft office-based programs.
• Exceptional time management skills.
• A positive and proactive person, who thrives on initiative and innovation.
• A citizen or permanent resident of Australia or New Zealand. (Sponsorship is not offered for this position.)
