    Salary $109,612 - $127,070 plus allowance & super
    Provide overall site management for all aspects of major generation outages to support the refurbishment of Hydro's assets.
    Support the day-to-day operations of Hydros major outages.
    Work in some of Tasmania's most beautiful locations.
    Work with good people doing good work in the Energy industry.

    About You:

    To be considered for this role you will need to have relevant trade qualifications to support you in technical and scheduling accountabilities of the role.

    You will have demonstrated experience as an effective team leader, capable of coordinating multi-disciplinary teams to deliver safe, timely and high-quality outcomes.


    About the role:


    As a Site Manager for Major Works you will be responsible for the planning, establishment, delivery and finalisation of site works in line with the A&I Strategic Asset Management and Capital Plans.

    This will include controlling the outage work sites and managing diverse teams in their day to day roles.

    As the title suggests, the Site Manager is a site-based role with the opportunity to be a pivotal contributor to some of the biggest and technically rewarding outages and asset refurbishments spanning across Tasmania.
