    About the Opportunity:
    Reporting directly to the General Manager, the Sales Executive will inherit a well-developed million-dollar client account portfolio to nurture and grow, as well as a multi-million dollar well progressed lead register, and an unrestricted area to develop. This role is made up approximately 40% account management and 60% new business. This is a full-time opportunity with an office based in the Western suburbs of Sydney however the majority of the role will be on the road meeting with clients, and working remotely from your home office.

    About You:
    You are an experienced Sales and Account Manager with exposure to flexible packaging, or adjacent industries such as bespoke packaging, labelling, imported glass containers, injection plastics or similar sectors. You will have a technical mind either with existing technical understanding of flexible packaging and how to sell, or ability to quickly pick up with provided training. You enjoy a hands-on role, with real focus on customer care to nurture existing accounts and hunt to convert new business. You'll embody a grounded demeanour, exude high energy, maintain humility, and possess a natural talent for fostering robust relationships, particularly with a predominantly youthful and entrepreneurial clientele in the business sphere. It is essential you have your own transport and a drivers licence, as well as self-motivation and drive to succeed.
