    Description

    Our client is one of Melbourne's premier commercial agencies, with a strong brand and rich heritage servicing the Melbourne market.

    We're seeking an experienced Commercial Property Manager to join the team, work closely with the Leadership team to oversee a unique portfolio of commercial office buildings, predominantly B-grade assets across the Melbourne Inner City suburbs.

    The Role As an experienced Commercial Property Manager, you will take on a diverse array of responsibilities.
    You will work across a boutique, premium portfolio of office buildings that are predominately B Grade assets.

    Responsibilities will include but not be limited to: Oversight across a handful of office buildings, starting off with 2-3 buildings and increasing based on experiences Conduct regular property inspections to assess maintenance needs Monitor financial performance and prepare budgets Prepare reports, presentations, and other documentation as required Negotiate lease agreements, lease renewals, and rental terms Collaborate with various stakeholders The Ideal Candidate To excel in this role, we are looking for someone with minimum 2 years of experience in a similar capacity, with experience working across office buildings.
