    Commercial Site Manager - HVAC & Refrigeration

    Location: Perth Metro, WA

    Type:     Full-Time

    Salary:     EBA Rates + Bonuses (Car, Phone, Laptop)

    About the Role:
    Join our National team as a Commercial Site Manager where you will oversee and coordinate commercial HVAC and refrigeration projects across Perth Metro. This role combines strategic office management with tactical on-site responsibilities, perfect for those who excel both behind the desk and in the field.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Oversee the execution and completion of commercial HVAC and refrigeration projects, ensuring high standards of workmanship and efficiency.
    • Perform regular site visits to ensure adherence to safety and quality standards.
    • Manage logistics and resource allocation, including ordering parts and equipment necessary for projects.
    • Lead site meetings and worker inductions, maintaining strong communication with all team members.
    • Prepare and deliver progress reports, conduct site audits, and ensure projects remain on schedule and within budget.
    • Provide prompt resolution to installation issues and maintain strong client relations, updating stakeholders on project status.
    • Assist in the installation and maintenance processes when necessary, embodying a hands-on leadership approach.
    Who You Are:
    • Proven experience as a Site Manager in the commercial HVAC and refrigeration sector, with a strong focus on service and installation.
    • Technical knowledge of HVAC systems and refrigeration, capable of providing guidance and support to technicians on site.
    • Exceptional organisational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
    • Strong interpersonal skills, capable of building and maintaining relationships with clients, suppliers, and internal teams.
    • A commitment to maintaining high safety standards and knowledge of current industry regulations and standards.
