    Are you a university graduate looking for a professional admin role?

    The Company

    Our client is leader in their space and seeking to appoint an admin assistant to join their collaborative and supportive team.

    The role

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Reception and front of house management
    • Provide support to team members by handling administrative tasks including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and coordinating travel arrangements.
    • Prepare and distribute various documents, reports, and presentations essential for team meetings and project requirements.
    • Maintain meticulously organised filing systems and databases to facilitate efficient information retrieval and management.
    • Act as a reliable point of contact for both internal and external stakeholders, delivering exceptional customer service.
    • Collaborate in event planning and coordination for team-building activities and special events to foster a cohesive work environment

    Skills & Experience

    • No experience required
    • Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines
    • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
    • Experience across Microsoft Office suites and other CRMs/systems
    • Enjoys being the support for the team
