Implementation of a Student Portal

This Government agency is seeking an experienced Change Lead to undertake change management, communications and training activities as required to support the implementation of a Student Portal.

Your responsibilities will include:
Lead and manage the development and planning of business change management deliverables
Conduct impact analyses, assess change readiness and identify key stakeholders.
Develop and deliver organisational change strategies and plans
Develop understanding of business process documents and other project related documents
Developer key stakeholder and communication plans

You will have:
Min 6 years of experience working as a Change Lead
Experience working on IT projects and business transformation projects
Prior Government and/or Education experience would be advantageous
Experience establishing comprehensive change plan and seeing through the implementation
Qualification in Change Management /PROSCI highly desirable.
