Job DescriptionReporting to the Director of Revenue, the Reservations Manager is a key player in managing the room inventory of Pullman, Novotel and ibis at Sydney Olympic Park with 545 rooms in total.
You will passionately train and lead our team to success, whilst ensuring the smooth running of the day to day operations for the Reservations department.
We are looking for someone who has the ability to lead and motivate a team, and has the skills to work closely with other departments to ensure our Hotels meet their objectives.
QualificationsTo be selected in this role you will have full Australian working rights. You are detail oriented, organised, a clear communicator, possess an outcome driven approach to performance and results, and a natural ability to build and maintain internal and external client relationships.
You will have experience in a similar, high volume role hotel environment using tools such as Opera Cloud, Delphi, Accor Reservations Systems and knowledge of OTA/GDS systems is a pre requisite.
