    What you'll do

    This Senior Digital Analyst role is part of a Tribe who are responsible for the design, delivery and launch of new exciting offerings across our ecosystem.
    Working within an end2end Tribe in an Agile operating model, this is an exciting opportunity to innovate and shape how Woolworths interacts with our customers.

    • Partner cross functionally with the product teams to provide actionable insights regarding digital customer journeys and shopping behaviour on site.
    • Creation and optimisation of success metrics to measure new initiatives and find areas of opportunity.
    • Proactively analyse and identify opportunities which may increase website conversions across different propositions, marketing channels and customer cohorts.
    • To provide optimisation opportunities to drive increased uptake of various propositions, eCommerce revenue and engagement - liaise with the CRO team for any testing opportunities.
    • To ensure data collection is robust through ongoing tagging - liaise with the data implementation team.
    • Be an advocate of analytics and work with other teams to ensure they keep analytics in mind when developing new features.
    • Provide thought leadership to other analysts in the team on digital measurement and analytics techniques.

    What you'll bring

    We're looking for an experienced Senior Digital Analyst with a strong data driven background, inquisitiveness, attention to detail and experience in using web analytics and tagging tools.

    • Proven experience working in digital analytics with a focus on ecommerce measurement.
    • Proven ability to identify and deliver CX and targeting improvements that drive commercial outcomes
    • Sound knowledge of Adobe Experience Cloud products, in particular Adobe Analytics
    • Ideally proficient in data query and manipulation using SQL
    • Excellent interpersonal skills and strong data visualisation and communication skills (both written & verbal) - ability to translate complex findings and results into a compelling narrative.
