- Work with the Directors and broader team to establish strategic plans for the asset
- Develop and manage key tenant/stakeholders and build strong relationships
- Maintain the lease and property management database to a high standard
- Develop and maintain a leasing and marketing strategy for the asset
- Prepare monthly reports
- Monitor and control tenant rental arrears
- Support overall asset performance
- Minimum 3-4 years Property Management experience, preferably in a similar role with in an office asset(s)
- A tertiary qualification in real estate, finance, investment, valuations or other related discipline providing skills and knowledge applicable to property
- Strong negotiation skills, with demonstrable experience
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to develop and maintain effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- A reliable and dedicated self-starter attitude and be someone who can work independently but also enjoys team interaction and is collaborative
- Autonomous role with the support of a dedicated Facilities Manager
- Plenty of Support from Existing Team & Management
