- Provide leadership and effective management to a team of receptionists
- Apply practice policies, standards and guidance
- Assist with complaint processes
- Assist in the assessment and evaluation of systems and processes within the Practice
- Supervision, training and education of reception staff
- Oversee and delegation of daily tasks
- General reception and administrative tasks
- A commitment to Quality Improvement, Risk Management and the accreditation process
- Ensuring privacy policies, health and safety and other Practice policies are met

CQ Medicentre is seeking a Full Time Reception Manager to join our busy Practices to provide leadership and operational management to a team of Receptionists.
The Reception Manager will be responsible for the day-to-day supervision of reception and associated administrative functions. This opportunity includes managerial duties across two busy medical practices, both situated in Rockhampton. Both Practices provide a full range of general practice services in well-equipped facilities, using modern software and programs.
