- Working closely with all stakeholders to create and execute a seamless new employee onboarding experience
- Monitor and provide enhancements to the onboarding experience
- Coordinate employee inductions, training courses and troubleshoot any site-related queries
- Coordinate travel and accommodation for all new starters as required
- Ensure new employees have correct uniform
- Update and review training matrix to ensure compliance at all times
- Order and approve all uniform invoices, including purchase orders
- Report EOM financials to accounts
- Other ad hoc duties as and when required
- Experience in onboarding and site-based mobilisations
- Experience in coordinating and administering induction process
- Sound computer & administration skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure while maintaining a positive outlook and professional manner
- Flexible approach and attitude
