- Data Entry / Administration
- Dealing with customer enquiries
- Handle and resolve phone and email queries
- Assist with filing and maintenance document files
- Ad hoc administration / duties as required
- Kitchen facilities operator
- Maintaining produce chiller and general chiller room facilities and control product inflow and outflow by checking inventory on a daily basis
- Maintaining ambient stores room facility and check inventory for any expiry items
- Work closely with product developer and product technologist and provide all the administrative support including events and program.
- Quality control of products and monthly stock takes of inventory and equipment's of all the kitchens.
- Maintaining the storage area neat and tidy all the time.
- General administrative duties.
- Working hours is 5 hours per day, 5 days per week
- Good knowledge of MS Office and an ability to quickly learn new technology
- Strong communication and a focus on delivering exceptional customer service
- The ability to work under pressure to achieve stringent service standards
- Previous customer service experienced highly regarded
- Must have keen eye for details
